Cancellation Policy

When making your reservation online, a pre-authorization will be made in the amount of the first night on your credit card.

Up to 48 hours before your arrival, you can cancel your reservation and all amounts paid will be fully refunded.

48 hours before your arrival, your reservation will be charged.

Changes to dates and / or apartment type are subject to availability and subject to the aforementioned refund periods.

That is, for example, if there is a change in a reservation with less than 48 hours and if there is no availability, there will be no refund.

Booking Conditions

The prices shown are per night and per apartment and include all taxes except for the Lisbon City Tax, payable at check-in (2.00 € / pax per night).

Extra People

Extra people are conditioned to the maximum capacity per apartment and to the following rules:

- Free for children up to 2 years old (which count for occupancy purposes);

- Children between the ages of 3 and 12 pay € 15.00 / night;

- Children from 13 years old pay € 30.00 / night;
